Purpose of Sponsorship Your sponsorship directly supports the creation and distribution of Holiday & Wellness Beauty Boxes for women and youth in group homes and shelters. Each box is curated to uplift, restore confidence, and provide essential wellness items. 2. Sponsorship Options Sponsors may select the number of boxes they wish to fund. The true cost of each box is higher; however, the combination of your sponsorship and foundation support ensures that every box remains fully curated and impactful, guaranteeing a meaningful gift for every recipient. 3. Financial Handling All sponsorships are processed as charitable contributions to the GlaMaud-Ford Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your sponsorship amount is fully tax-deductible. Contributions are non-refundable and will be acknowledged with an official receipt for your records. 4. Use of Funds Funds are allocated exclusively to: Purchasing items for the boxes Packaging and assembly Delivery to designated partner organizations Administrative costs directly related to this initiative We ensure responsible stewardship of every sponsorship dollar. 5. Delivery & Distribution Boxes are delivered to vetted group homes, shelters, and community programs. While sponsors cannot select specific recipients, we guarantee all donations serve qualified individuals in need. 6. Public Recognition Sponsors may choose to remain anonymous or be recognized in our donor appreciation materials. Recognition is optional and will never include personal financial information. 7. Privacy & Security All personal information provided during sponsorship is kept confidential and protected. Payment details are processed securely through trusted third-party partners. 8.
